Overview
The FS300 log splitter is a robust and efficient log splitter, ideal for commercial firewood operations at an entry-level. With its powerful Honda 390cc gas engine, the FS300 can easily produce firewood up to 1 cord per hour from logs up to 24" (610mm) long. Equipped with a 2-stage hydraulic pump operating at 22 gallons per minute, the FS300 generates a whopping 29 tons of splitting force. Its one-way split design allows for easy and efficient splitting of large rounds of tough and knotty wood.

Great for Small Businesses
The Wood-Mizer FS300 is a beast! The 29 tons of force made quick work of the toughest logs in my pile. The Honda engine is reliable and efficient, and the 2-stage hydraulic pump really speeds up the splitting process. My only complaint is that the log lift attachment could be more sturdy.

A Beast of a Log Splitter
As someone who splits logs for a living, the Wood-Mizer FS300 has definitely made my job easier. The one-directional splitting design is perfect for larger logs, and the left/right controls are intuitive. I did have some trouble with the hitch attachment, but once I got it figured out, it was smooth sailing.

Easy to Use and Efficient
The Wood-Mizer FS300 has been a great addition to my firewood operation. It's powerful and efficient, and I love the ergonomic log table height. The only downside is that it's a bit on the pricey side compared to other models I've seen.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the Wood-Mizer FS300. It's compact and easy to maneuver, yet packs a serious punch. The 29 tons of force easily split through both hardwood and softwood logs, and the one-way split design prevented any jams. I would highly recommend this log splitter to anyone in the market.

Solid Mid-Range Option
While the Wood-Mizer FS300 definitely gets the job done, I did have some issues with the controls. It took me a while to get used to the left/right and up/down controls, and I had to refer back to the manual a few times. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but it's not the most user-friendly option out there.
